Congrats on 135# Gail! She tried adding it up in her head before the lift. I told her "just pick up the bar and don't count plates." She did!

Hmmm, there seems to be a slight decline in attendance from some of our CFP family members.  Yup, it’s getting to be a loony toon time of year.  However, kicking yourself to the curb through all the holiday prep and planning isn’t good physically or mentally.  Keep your commitment to exercise a priority.

Kim and Mark chipping away at double unders during Tom's ditty that was on the board Thursday. I don't know about you Carrie, Lisa, Mark, or Pam..but, at 180 double unders I was wondering how I would get through all 500 with pull ups and jumping squats peppered in there at the top of every minute!

Jill has made her way back to CFP! And, she deadlifted 175# smooth as butter! Welcome back Jill!

    Kim/Donna I settled for Stacey’s Naked Pita chips……anything with salt was going down very nicely!! Feeling pretty darn good this a.m.; much differen’t than last year’s post day Gala!! I must be getting older and smarter. How boring.

    CFP was rocking this morning! Lots of great energy and very impressive performances by Kelly, Carrie, Tom and Russ tackling weighted Pull Ups!

    Thanks Kelly for the “backwards” HSPU lesson ~ I’ll keep practicing…Loved the plank walk sub, Coach ~ and you were SO fast :)

    HAd a great morning Saturday! Late posting as I was working the Holiday Bazaar today.

    Great to see Caleb, Jodi, Ian and Kelly! SO much fun to WOD with you all! Terrific energy. Kelly, terrific job on using 10# vest. You doing it first gave me confidence to try. Your kipping pace was terrific. Thanks for the advice on my core and the HSPU. Did feel a difference!

    RUss, thank you for giving up the vest so that I could use it! You did amazing with all that weight hanging from you! Tom, you were impressive as well. Actually, EVERYONE was impressive (as always!) today!

    NEVER would have thought I would have attempted a WOD with added weight. That was stepping out of my comfort zone and getting uncomfortable for sure. Thank you DOnna and Meme for giving me the support to try!
