Adele working her push jerk. "I love the weight WOD's!" she said during Tuesday's medley of fun.

Thursday~Turkey Day: 5:30-8:00am.  Tom will arrive at 5:30am and I will stroll in to wrap it up by 8am.  Anyone who is running Manchester, have a great time!

Gail found a bit of aggressive in her belly Tuesday AM! Meme and Donna cheer her on~a fringe benefit of CFP....people that REALLY care about your progress!

Friday, November 27, 2009: 8:45am-11:30am.  No evening hours.

Saturday, November 28, 2009: normal hours of 8:30-11am  Kids Fun 10:30-11:15am.

Sunday, November 29, 2009: 9-11am  **If my rear makes the effort to get out of bed after our Holiday Shin Dig, your rear better be there too!**

Oh yeah….an A$$ burner for sure!!!  It will not be the same without driveway hill hell at the CFP homestead!

Congratulations to all who stuck it out with yesterday’s WOD and hit PR’s as well!  You all are really great to be around!

        i went dark…deadlines (story of my life during holidays), cleaning house, going to the grocery store X 3!, and brother and niece coming tomorrow…i did wod tonite tho…tried to tackle angie…i did the 100 pushup, sit ups, and squats, but saved the pull ups till the end (on my new pull up bar!!!), but only could do 25, no one cheering me on so i petered…tomorrow i will do those lunges after i do a 6 mile run…i need to run and reset my brain…

    Oh holy giblets………..400 meters of walking lunges??? Will we actually do the 1/4 mile mapped out running route on Oakwood Dr. to do this (God I hope not!!)

    I may do it EARLY from CFP Headquarters..if anyone wants to get up EARLY and get ‘er done meet me outside at 6:15am.

      Jodi ~ Remember that day you thought it would be GREAT to do 1/4 mile lunges at the ole’ CFP garage site?!? Well, here we go again! I think the Oakwood route will pale in comparison to that blasted hill down and back up again…

    By the way, just call me :) I will go over there if I am not already. Huge 5 minute commute :)
    Current split jerk at 160. I am going to the doc Friday for an impigement on the left, boo. I will keep you all updated.

    The great thing about those lunges is that…..it’ll hurt to much to get up and sample all the pies. Saw the board from yesterday’s WOD. AWESOME strength gains Everyone! Meme…did I wish for 400m lunges. I AM SO SORRY! I do remember doing them with ya back at the Ranch…..every time you lunged, your knee hit that pavement. Impressive!

    400m lunge. Time was 21 something, wow another skill that I’m super slow at, haha. Did not count steps, I’m positive that I would have lost track! I think height should be recorded with steps, my .02
    Great work am crew. Matt and Caleb super efforts on the Fort Hood memorial WOD.
    Kimberley, girl you are on fire this week, congrats on your max efforts on everything and tackling deads on your own after the lunge love :)

    I swore i wouldn’t do the lunges on Oakwood Drive then once I hooked up my IPOD i didn’t give a rats where I lunged; it didn’t suck as bad as i remembered; maybe because 1)my boyfriend J. Timberlake was singing to me and 2) there was NO HILL TO COME UP!! YEAH!!

    Time: 12:28.
    Rowed 1,000 meters after that………
    time to finish slicing, dicing, chopping and baking. Pie is in the oven…… I CAN SMELLLLLLLLLLLLLL IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    As Adam Sandler would say, “Gobble gobble gobble gobble gobble giggle, I wish turkey only cost a nickel”!!

    I initially forgot to count steps, started a few different times and lost track… ended up at 68. I know it was many, many more than 68!
