    GASSER. I got a little cocky thinking it would not take me that long! Towing for calories took longer than I thought and the pushups in the rings were challenging! I am going to add those to my warm up!

        LOL Carrie! I remember doing FGB with Kimmie, you and Joyce last New Year’s Day at the globo and then we rowed for calories. Rowing my heart out for 5 or 6 calories at a clip! It felt like Towing! (Maybe it was a tabata row…my notes weren’t very good back then.) Then to see 21-18-etc. You did great!

    I formulated that work out.
    mainly because of the need for more push ups in my work out, and that i like depriving my body of O2

    ugh!!
    i just did joshie, and i was so messed up from front squats that I could barely get full ROM. so i was so disgusted with myself that I did 150 double unders and on the top of the minute were 5x95lb hanging squat cleans. tomorrow is a rest day for sure

      PT went well~she says she can put “Humpty Dumpty” back together again with 1. me listening 2. me doing strengthening exercises 3. Time and patience (LOL…LMAOOL!)

    Glad you were at the gym today to do “Joshie” with me Donna ~ what a grind that was! From what I saw, your kipping Pull Ups were excellent.

    Carrie, Lisa and Mark super work with Caleb’s WOD today ~ first time I ever saw – and tried – a ring Push Up…great job sticking with those all the way through!

    Used 15# DB and subbed 10 blue band assisted Pull Ups + 11 K2E for all L Pull Ups. Gasser. Had a harder time getting the “scarecrow arm” with the Left Arm Snatches as compared to the Right. Something else to add to the “work form” list!
